Rules of Our Auction
1. Everything is sold AS IS, Where IS, Without Delivery
2. There is a 15% buyers premium on all sales.
3. 6.5% Florida sales tax will be added unless you have a Florida Resale Certificate on file with
our office.
4. All items must be paid in full the night of sale.
5. You must register at our office for a bidding number to bid at our auction. When you sign in for
a bidding number, this is a binding contract meaning: if you bid on a item or items with your
number. The item or items are then yours.
7. All Sales Final.

Liquidation Options
We offer our clients three options when you choose Auction People, Inc. to liquidate your items:
1. CASH - We are very competitive with our competition. When you want a cash price for your items,
we pay top dollar.
2. CONSIGNMENT- We pick up, clean, display and advertise your items for a percentage. This is a
one time charge. We are working for you.
3. DONATION - We have a pickup service for your donation through Alpert Jewish & Family Children
Services for which you will receive a tax write off. there is No charge for this service. All proceeds
go to J.F.C.S
